Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
Our products are non-returnable due to the hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@sterlinginternational.in along with the details of your purchase and appropriate images showing the damaged product. This query will only be addressed if you reach us within 24 hours of receiving the product. It is up to the discretion of the company to understand the extent and nature of the damage and offer an exchange or not.
